PEKIN ~ Haylee Ann Garrison, 9, of Pekin, passed away at 10:32 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born April 11, 2008 in Pekin to Terry Dean and Veronica Hope (Rynearson) Garrison.

Surviving are her parents; one sister, Kylee; two brothers, Kobe and Jordan; grandparents, Ruth and Lowell Powell, Terry Garrison, Sr., Linda Rynearson, and Larry and Yvonne Rynearson; great-grandfathers, Henry Gosnell and Dean Garrison, all of Pekin; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was welcomed into Heaven by her cousin, Ian Rynearson; great-grandparents, Gloria Garrison, Wayne Hayes, Joyce Gosnell, Dixie Hamby, Alyne Tucker, and Larry Rynearson; uncle, John Gosnell; and great-uncles, William Evans, Richard Crone, Rick Garrison, and Louie Gosnell, Sr.

Haylee was a 3rd grade student at L.E. Starke Primary School in Pekin. 

Haylee was a fun, loving, and comical person who loved to make everyone laugh.  She loved music, American Girl dolls, and red lipstick.  She had a heart of gold and was loved by all.  She was an artist with her own style.  Through organ donation, Haylee gave the gift of life to five individuals.

Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Prairie Haven Cemetery in Pekin.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses in care of the funeral home.
